Payload: Astra 1P (also known as SES-24) is a communications satellite built by Thales Alenia Space for SES. It will be the most powerful wide-beam satellite at its designated orbital position and is expected to provide service until the 2040s. This will be the first Astra satellite launched by SpaceX.
